These terms set out the agreement between you (the client) and myself, Krazy Katz Photography. By booking a session, you agree to the following. I promise to keep it straightforward and free from unnecessary legalese.

1. The Booking

A session is only confirmed once I receive a signed contract and the agreed booking fee (unless otherwise discussed in writing). Until both are received, your session date and time may still be offered to others.

2. Payments

• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.

• The remaining balance is due by the date stated on your invoice (usually before the session).

• Payments can be made via my online payment portal.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens — I get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• Please give as much notice as possible.

• The booking fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date at my discretion.

• If I have to cancel (which is rare), I’ll refund you in full or offer to reschedule.

4. What’s Included

Your package includes everything outlined in your booking quote:

• The photography session

• Editing and post-production

• Delivery of images in your selected format(s)

Extras such as prints, albums, or additional edits will be listed separately.

5. Image Delivery

• Final images will be delivered digitally within the timeframe agreed upon.

• I retain the right to select and edit the best images from the session. Unedited or RAW files are not included.

6. Artistic Style

You are booking Krazy Katz Photography for a particular style and vision. I ask that you trust my process and artistic choices in pose, lighting, editing, and overall direction.

7. Copyright & Usage

I (Krazy Katz Photography) retain the copyright to all images.

There are two types of client usage:

a) Personal Clients
You receive a personal-use license — this means you can share, print, and enjoy the images for your own use.

📌 Please don’t apply filters, crop, or alter the images without my written permission.
📌 Commercial use is not allowed.

b) Entrepreneurs & Small Business Owners
If your session was booked specifically for brand, business, or promotional purposes, you will receive a commercial-use license that allows you to use the images across your marketing channels — including your website, social media, printed materials, email campaigns, and other reasonable mediums.

📌 You may not resell or license the images to third parties.
📌 You agree to credit Wozy Photography where appropriate (e.g., press features, online interviews, etc.).

8. Promotion

I may use selected images for my portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials — but only with your consent, which will be requested in your contract or questionnaire. If you say no, I’ll respect that.

9. Your Responsibilities

Please arrive on time, ready, and with any items or outfits we’ve discussed. Children and pets are very welcome — but you are responsible for their safety and cooperation during the session.

10. Liability

While every care is taken, I am not liable for:

• Loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond my control

• Any personal injury during the shoot unless caused by negligence

• Failure of technology, storage, or image delivery systems

11. Force Majeure

If events beyond either of our control (such as illness, extreme weather, or lockdowns) prevent the session from going ahead, we’ll work together to reschedule. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be given.

12. Agreement

By booking a session and signing your contract, you agree to these terms and conditions. If anything’s unclear, just ask — I’m happy to explain.
